My watch does not load right. It keeps talking to me. It will not let me touch any Icons

VoiceOver (an accessibility feature) has been enabled on your watch.
To turn off VoiceOver, follow one of these steps:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
Or use Siri:
- Use Hey Siri or press and hold the Digital Crown (round button) until you feel a tap on your wrist from your watch.
- Then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”
Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for VoiceOver, you can disable the feature on your watch:
- On your watch: try quickly pressing the Digital Crown three times.
